Hi, I'm Nefeli.

Nefeli's Cookies started in my home kitchen in Richmond Hill, with one goal: to bake the kind of cookie worth planning your Sunday around. Big, thick, golden on the outside, soft in the middle — the kind you break in half and immediately regret agreeing to share.

Every cookie is made by hand in small batches with real butter, real chocolate, and zero shortcuts. I bake to order, which means nothing sits on a shelf — your box comes out of the oven the same weekend it reaches your hands.

When do I need to order by?
Preorders for each week close Friday at 11:59 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff roll into the following week's bake.
How do pickup and delivery work?
All orders are ready on Sunday. Pickup is free in Richmond Hill — we'll send you the address and a time window once your order is confirmed. Local delivery is $5–10 depending on distance.
How big are the cookies?
Big. These are thick, bakery-style gourmet cookies — think a proper dessert, not a snack. One cookie is genuinely shareable (though we won't judge).
Do you accommodate allergies?
All cookies are baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts, so we can't guarantee any cookie is allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy, please reach out before ordering.
How should I store my cookies?
They're best the day you get them (ideally slightly warm). After that, keep them in an airtight container for up to 4 days — 10 seconds in the microwave brings them right back. They also freeze beautifully for up to 2 months.
Can you do large orders or events?
Yes! For orders of 2+ dozen, weddings, showers, or corporate gifts, send us a message at least one week ahead and we'll make it happen.
